UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office -- Prosperity Fund in Chile

The Prosperity Fund in Chile aims to create conditions for global growth by focusing on five thematic areas. They include mining, and climate change and low-carbon transition. Themes for mining refer to energy efficiency, water management, environmental governance, and others. Themes for climate change refer to adopting low-carbon technologies, increasing public awareness, and removing obstacles to renewable energy. The Prosperity Fund accepts project proposals from civil society, governments, think tanks, commercial organizations, and UK government departments. Typical projects will range from £50 thousand to £100 thousand. The deadline for concept bids is 15 February 2016.
