The EC is working with Georgia to implement the European Neighborhood Program for Agriculture and Rural Development in Georgia (ENPARD Georgia). The program calls for strengthening farmers's cooperatives; establishing a system of agricultural extension; and strengthening capacity at the Ministry of Agriculture. Eligibility for funding extends to nonprofit organizations in the EU and Georgia. European organizations need to co-apply with at least one organization established in Georgia. Grants will range from €250 thousand to €350 thousand, subject to cost shares.
