The Martha T. Muse Prize for Science and Policy in Antarctica is presented to an individual in his or her early or mid-career who demonstrates potential for sustained and significant contributions to enhance the understanding and/or preservation of Antarctica. The amount of the prize is US$100 thousand. The prize winner can be from any country, and work in any field of Antarctic science or policy. Nominations from South America, Asia, Russia, etc., are especially encouraged.
